The Content Generation Awards recognize and celebrate students and educators using social media to capture important stories and moments happening at their schools and within their communities.

How It Works

Students and educators are invited to submit their work for consideration in the 2024 Content Generation Awards, which recognizes students and educators using social media channels to tell their school’s stories in creative, collaborative, and meaningful ways. Content Generation Award winners come from diverse backgrounds, representing a wide variety of student experiences. The contest’s judging committee considers Class Intercom’s five pillars in selecting contest winners: storytelling, skill building, student voice, digital citizenship, and community building.

Contest Details

In addition to receiving an exclusive invitations to collaborate on content with Class Intercom, Contest winners are eligible for $100 in cash (individual winners) or $250 in cash (team winners). Winners also receive additional honors, including an exclusive invitation to join the International High School Honor Society for Achievement in Scholastic Journalism, Quill & Scroll.
