Capture a group photo or video of CalSPRA members in their natural habitat — having fun with friends or networking with colleagues via regional meetings, 5k, affinity groups, Ask-a-Pro sessions, or other social events. (Bonus points if you have the CI Keepin’ It Real boom box or a CI Keepin’ It Real bag in the shot.)
Aha-Moments
Found a ‘Golden Nugget’ in a session?
Capture a photo of a CalSPRA presenter and share the powerful quote, key takeaway, or strategy you hope to implement. In your caption, be sure to include the session title and speaker name!

Share a “Did-you-know” style photo or video with an interesting fact or information about a fellow CalSPRA member. Highlight an award, a career milestone, or even a fun fact (like a 10th CalSPRA anniversary!).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a personalized link to upload your content. - Capture & Upload
Use the link to upload your photos or videos. Add notes and/or captions.
Submissions will be reviewed based on outlined criteria. Winners will be announced on the final day of the conference.

- Original photos or videos captured during the 2026 CalSPRA Annual Conference.
- Content that aligns with one of the five challenge prompts.
- Authentic moments from sessions, networking, exhibits, or informal interactions.
- Photo Guidelines
- High-quality images preferred
- Clear subject and good lighting
- No graphics required, capture authentic moments.
- Video Guidelines
- 15–60 seconds recommended
- Vertical format preferred (for social media use)
- Clear audio when possible
- Can be raw footage (no professional editing required)
- Captions & Notes
- Include a short description providing context.
- Add names, districts/organizations, or city when possible
- Important Notes
- Only submit content you captured yourself
- Ensure individuals in your photos/videos are comfortable being featured
- Content may be used by CalSPRA for future promotional purposes
