Keepin’ It Real

Share a photo or video of TSPRA members in their natural habitat–having fun with friends, networking with colleagues, or even working the TSPRA red carpet. (Bonus points if you feature the CI Keepin’ It Real boom box or a CI Keepin’ It Real bag).

TSPRA Groupie

Capture a photo or video with 4+ people. Bonus points if the group is from one district, one region, one area, or has some other commonality (e.g., brunettes, Longhorns, Wicked fans). Be sure to tell us what they have in common!

Create aDid-you-know” style photo or video with an interesting fact or information about a TSPRA member.
(You may use something captured previously: award, milestone, service, birthday, anniversary, etc.)

Use the CI beach photo booth or the real beaches in Galveston to capture a memorable moment.
(Anyone in beachwear gets you bonus points!)

Mini Mic Marketing

Interview a TSPRA member or TSPRA sponsor with a mini microphone. Choose one of these interview questions or create your own:

  • Tell me your name, role, and district. Why is your TSPRA membership important to you?
  • Tell me your name, role, and district. How long have you been a member of TSPRA?What is your favorite TSPRA memory?
  • Tell me your name, role, district, and TSPRA Region. What makes your TSPRA region special?

How It Works

  1. Choose a Challenge
    Review the five Content Challenge prompts above. Each challenge highlights a different aspect of the TSPRA Annual Conference experience.
  2. Click “Submit”
    Click the Submit button under the challenge you’d like to participate in and complete the quick sign-up form.
  3. Check Your Email
    You’ll receive a confirmation email with a personalized link to upload your content.
  4. Capture & Upload
    Use the link to upload your photos or videos. Add notes and/or captions.

Submissions will be reviewed based on outlined criteria. Winners will be announced on the final day of the conference.

Content Requirements

  • What to Submit
    • Original photos or videos captured during the 2026 TSPRA Annual Conference.
    • Content that aligns with one of the five challenge prompts.
    • Authentic moments from sessions, networking, exhibits, or informal interactions.
  • Photo Guidelines
    • High-quality images preferred
    • Clear subject and good lighting
    • No graphics required, capture authentic moments.
  • Video Guidelines
    • 15–60 seconds recommended
    • Vertical format preferred (for social media use)
    • Clear audio when possible
    • Can be raw footage (no professional editing required)
  • Captions & Notes
    • Include a short description providing context.
    • Add names, schools/districts, or city when possible
  • Important Notes
    • Only submit content you captured yourself
    • Ensure individuals in your photos/videos are comfortable being featured
    • Content may be used by TSPRA for future promotional purposes
